PONS CITY is a memecoin and browser game on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). Its map is 100
lots, and those lots exist on chain: staking the $CITY token on a lot makes you its holder,
and 5.70% of every ordinary $CITY trade is paid in native ETH into an ownerless contract called
CITY HALL. A buy made in roughly the first three seconds of the launch costs far more than that,
because pons charges a snipe tax that starts at 9900 basis points and decays to nothing over that
window; it is booked into the same base fee, so 70% of it also reaches CITY HALL. Any wallet can call settle(), which divides the ETH received since the last settlement
across all 100 lots by their published weights. A lot with a holder pays its entire share to
that holder, and nothing is split within a lot. A lot nobody holds keeps its share as carry,
which stacks on that lot and is collected in full by the first wallet to hold that lot for a
complete settlement period. Holders are credited only after a full period, so a lot cannot be
staked into and drained in the same block as a settlement. Being outstaked loses you the lot
but never your principal or your earnings. Adding to a stake restarts its eligibility period even
for the wallet that already holds the lot. The five landmark lots are ordinary stakeable lots; the
landmark names are map labels with no economic meaning. The game itself is free, requires no wallet, and
pays nothing.
